Bahan:
🧅1 Bawang bombay uk sedang iris
🧄5 Bawang Putih iris
🍅1 tomat ukuran besar iris
🫑1 Paprika Hijau/merah ukuran besar iris
🧂1 sendok teh lada bubuk/secukupnya sesuaikan selera
🧂Garam (sesuai selera)
🍗Kaldu ayam
🍋Setengah jeruk lemon (peras airnya)
🍶1/2 Yogurt plant/ 2 sendok makan
🧂Kunyit secukupnya
1. Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai harum
2. Setelah warna agak kecoklatan masukkan ayam yang sudah direbus atau yang belum dimasak
3. Masukan garam, lada, kunyit, kaldu ayam
4. Tunggu beberapa menit sampai bumbunya meresap ke ayam
5. Kemudian masukkan tomat dan tunggu sampai lunak
6. Masukkan 1 gelas air atau secukupnya
7. Tutup dan tunggu sampai ayamnya lunak (jika ayam utuh), jika ayam yang sudah direbus bisa tunggu sampai mendidih
8. Masukkan yogurt plant
9. Jika dirasa sudah matang ayamnya masukkan air perasan jeruk lemon
10. Koreksi rasa
11. Hidangkan
12. Tabur bawang goreng dan daun sop (opsional)

🧂1 teaspoon ground pepper
🧂Salt (according to taste)
🍗Chicken stock
🍋Half a lemon (squeeze the juice)
🍶1/2 Yogurt plant/ 2 tablespoons
🧂Turmeric just a litle
How to Make:
1. Cook onions and garlic until fragrant
2. After the color is slightly browned, add the boiled or uncooked chicken
3. Add salt, pepper, turmeric, chicken broth
4. Wait a few minutes for the marinade to seep into the chicken
5. Then add the tomatoes and wait until they are soft
6. Add 1 glass of water or to taste
7. Cover and wait until the chicken is soft (if the chicken is whole), if the chicken has been boiled, wait until it boils
8. Enter the yogurt plant
9. If you feel the chicken is cooked, add the lemon juice
10. Taste correction
11. Serve
12. Sprinkle fried onions and soup leaves (optional)
